The Art of Fragrance Layering: Create Your Signature

Why Layer?

A single fragrance tells one story. Layering creates a narrative — a beginning, middle, and end.

The Rules

  • Start with the heaviest base — oud, sandalwood, musk
  • 2. Add a mid-note — rose, jasmine, iris

    3. Finish with a top note — citrus, bergamot, green accord

    Seasonal Shifts

  • **Winter**: Deep, resinous, warm — think amber, oud, vanilla
  • **Spring**: Floral, green, fresh — iris, violet, neroli
  • **Summer**: Light, citrusy, clean — bergamot, white musk, sea salt
  • **Autumn**: Spiced, woody, comforting — cinnamon, cedar, tonka

  • Tools

Use unscented lotion as a base. Apply heavier scents to pulse points, lighter ones as a mist.
