What goes into a lookbook shoot? From lighting to styling — a peek behind the curtain.
The Creative Process
Every image tells a story, but what happens before the shutter clicks?
Preparation
The night before, everything is laid out: garments steamed, accessories polished, mood boards finalised. The studio is prepped by 7 AM.
Lighting
Natural light is preferred — soft, diffused, flattering. We shoot near large windows, using reflectors to fill shadows.
Styling
Each look is styled three ways before we settle on the final arrangement. Details matter — the way a cuff falls, the angle of a collar.
The Outtakes
Some of the best moments happen between shots. Laughter, adjustments, the quiet concentration of a team in flow.
